Activate your natural internal healing resources through gentle meditative movement, deep breathing and relaxation. Cost is $10 for drop-ins or $40 for six weeks, paid in advance.
Tai Chi is a sequential series of movements that have been shown to improve brain function and balance, while Qi Gong’s simple, repetitive movements promote deep relaxation and general health.
10-11 a.m. Fridays.
