Yoga for the Mature Body

Kathleen Greco, RYT invites you to experience a 6-week class introducing the benefits of yoga. This gentle practice targets the needs of a maturing body.
Men and women benefit from movement without strain, increased flexibility. According to Dr. Lauren Fishman, director of Manhattan Physical Medicine, Yoga promotes good bone health by using the weight of your own body in poses while focusing and sharpening the mind.
Begin your journey to wellness with connecting your body, mind and spirit. A guided meditation to enhance overall relaxation ends each class. Mats are optional. Registration recommended.
$40 for 6 classes or $10 per class.
