We each have been given a gift. There is in you a piece of the Universe, and this precious gem shines out of us all. Some say “he or she is a bright light, and that is true, however all of creation shares in this light. It is no more in one than in any other; the difference shows up in how each individualized piece of creation chooses to use and direct this light energy.
Myrtle Fillmore, our Co-founder, is called the Mother of Unity and she discussed how she caught this Truth of One Light, One Love, One Spirit. This idea dawned in her as she was watching a caterpillar crawl upon a tree branch. It flashed before her that this caterpillar and man share the same energy. The difference is intelligence, and will.
Humankind is filled with this Divine Energy. How will we use and direct this energy? It’s all about Awareness, capacity, expression.
We read in John 4:24 Jesus said to his disciples “God is Spirit.”
The foundation of life is Spirit and when Spirit enters matter there is a quickening. Mother Nature forms herself around this Light to shelter and protect it until it is viable to withstand the “winds of time.” Our Divine Spark calls to our heart. It is a call for union, for love for a continuous expression of creation. Humankind is made in the image and likeness of God, male and female he made them, and they were told to go forth and multiply.
Our desire for Love is all we crave; To give and receive love. Love and Light are the alpha and omega of creation, the two wings on the metaphysical bird of paradise,
Life is Spirit which draws to it the comforting mysteries of the Divine feminine, (mother, Mata) which embraces the light and creates a Temple of love in which Spirit and Matter together continue to engage in the dance of Love and Light.
The dance of creation makes us dancers in this light for we as humankind are made of Spirit and Matter; God y Goddess x. ”Then God said “let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness and let them have dominion over God blessed them and said to them be fruitful and multiply.
Each of us as Offspring of Spirit inherit Spirit’s attributes of purpose, direction, to create and express divine ideas. The name changes according to culture, God, Divine Mind, Vishnu, Osiris.
Each of us as Offspring of Gai, inherit the attributes of ; compassion, intuition, wisdom. Her name changes according to culture;
She is Mary Magdalene; She is Shakti; She is Tara. (Goddess of compassion)
We need our masculine and feminine attributes to be aligned as we journey into the Light for there many bumps and bruises along the way but fear not you are not alone;
Let us all be encouraged as we continue the path of awakening into a fully realized Anthropos of God a human being who lives in balance of these polarities and in aligned with Christ/love.
