Vision

Where there is no vision the people perish, but happy are those who keep the law (Proverbs 29:18)

Many people want to know what is in store for them in the future, so they like to read their horoscope or play with wisdom cards or Tarot cards. This can be fun.

But what would it be like to understand that our future is built upon our thoughts, feelings and actions of today, for as it says in (Luke 17:19) “All power and authority has been given unto us, to tread on snakes and scorpions.”  Those snakes could be the feelings of discouragement we experience when we hear stinging remarks from others, our so called enemies.

A benefit of knowing your life’s intentions is to become clear about what you want in your life.  A life’s intention is likened to a vision one holds.  it’s an aim, and it is never completed, yet this vision can pull us into being, creating and taking the authentic steps needed to create and design our life according to our vision.

The future, which we will never really get to, for when it is here, it will be now, but we are the ones that determine where we will place our attention and energy, Now. Just like we must decide to be happy, be healthy and be wise.

So, put down the cards and take this question into meditation:  Who am I willing to be in order to co-create an extraordinary day?  What qualities am I willing to express as I journey through this day playing with and creating my Vision?

Mostly, have fun and be in love with life.

Blessings, Rev Janice
