Yoga for the Mature Body

Tuesdays, September 19 – October 24,  6-7 p.m. — Facilitated by Debbie Pizzimenti. Relax muscles, ease the central nervous system, and increase endorphins, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with a guided meditation and savasana. $10 per class or $50 for six classes if paid in advance by the first class.
